How do I use the pen?
1. Press the tip of the pen onto a solid surface to allow the liquid to flow out and saturate the tip.
2. Apply a small amount to the scratch you wish to remove and be careful not to get any on the rest of the bodywork.
If necessary, remove the excess directly with a cloth before it dries.
3. Wait 3 hours.
4. Enjoy! Your car is like new!
How many scratches can be repaired with a single pen?
Up to 30 linear meters of stripes. Keep the cap tightly closed to prevent the formula from drying out.
Does it work on all types of paint?
Yes, The Magic Pen™ works on 99% of conventional paints (excluding matte/satin finishes).
How long does the pen last?
If you remember to put the cap on, the liquid won't dry out. So you can use the pen as long as there's liquid left! On average, you can cover 30 meters with one pen.
I used too much product and it dried out. What should I do?
If you need to remove product that has already dried, please put a little acetone on a cotton ball and rub until it is removed.
What if I make a mistake?
Don't panic. As long as the product isn't dry, wipe it with a soft cloth. Once dry, use a little acetone to clean it.

Can I trust you? Is your site secure?
Yes, absolutely. Our site is fully secure and hosted on an HTTPS server which guarantees your protection and that of all your personal data.
Can I change my address once my order has been placed?
Yes, if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Please send us the address to be changed as soon as possible via the contact form.
What are the delivery times?
Standard delivery: 5 to 10 business days.
Orders containing non-personalized items will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days.
*Delays may occur during promotional sales periods and public holidays.
My tracking hasn't been updated?
We're sorry to hear that your tracking information hasn't been updated. Please allow approximately 24 to 72 hours for tracking to update after your package has been shipped. If tracking is still unavailable after this time, please contact us for assistance.
To track your order, click here and enter the tracking number you received by email 1 or 2 days after placing your order (email subject: "Order shipped...").
